Timaree

I just left Pilates class, where I got my butt kicked. Again.

It’s a weekly but whoopin’ that I have come to look forward to every week. One of the reasons why I willingly take myself out of the comfort and warmth of my own home, and make the mile long walk in the cold to the gym is because of the way going to this class makes me feel.

I looooove the way I feel after each Pilates class. I feel strong, powerful, confident, and I always find myself struttin’ my stuff down the street as I walk home (it’s very helpful in my quest to unleash my inner Sonia Fierce!). It’s like I’m walking down my own personal catwalk, and can’t nobody tell me nothing!

I’m still new to Pilates, but I’m positive that one of the primary reasons I love going so much is because of the instructor, Timaree . She’s funny, she explains things well, her style is accommodating to everyone no matter what level they find themselves, and I can see myself progressing. It’s not this way with every instructor. And because of this, it’s no wonder the class is packed every week.

As a business owner, so much of your success is rooted in how you make your customers feel. Most people want to feel good. And when spending money, its always better when you can feel good about what you’re spending money on or who you’re spending it with. As such, entrepreneurs that leave their customers in a better state than they were prior to engaging with them often have lots of customers.

It takes focus, effort, and preparation to make sure your customers feel the way you want them to feel after each encounter with you. You are in control of the experience your customers have. And while you can’t control how another person feels, you can definitely do your part to set the stage to achieve the outcome you are looking for. Timaree does it weekly. And you can too.

How do you want your customers to feel after interacting with your business or products? What do you do to ensure that they do feel that way?
